FFA worked with Studio //3877 as the architects of record on this 240-room hotel renovation. The property, formerly known as the Condado Plaza Hotel, was rebranded from a Hilton to a Hilton Garden Inn. The work included the design of all the existing hotel rooms, lobby, lounge areas, and pool deck. As the architects of record, FFA was responsible for the coordination of consultants, management of the permit process and producing construction drawings.
