The Betances branch of Doral Bank provides a campus on which the financial institution’s various services are provided in a highly efficient manner with a good flow of vehicular and customer traffic. It houses 25,000 sq. ft. of office building with a distinctive appearance and corporate identity appealing to discriminating bank customers. An underground parking area serves the upper retail bank floor and corporate offices.

Doral Bank at Dorado Plaza is a 5,000 sq. ft. stand-alone branch in a high transit area with broad visibility. The architectural style is sensitive to the tropical environment as well as to the corporate identity and customer service requirements.

The development of a strong corporate identity was key to the design of these 5,000 sq. ft. model branch facilities. Taking advantage of the corner lot site, the building curves to provide for a small public space, punctuated by a sculpture.
